Fisheye

To make some interesting, funny shots I bought a cheap, but pretty good working Fisheye from OPTEKA (0.20x AF Fisheye HD).
You can attach it to the filter thread of your 18-55mm lens (for my Canon for example). The results are cool. The sharpness in the outer edges is not that good, but overall a nice result.

Plaster cast of the babybelly

Today we put all our handprints and Charlotte's footprints on the plaster cast we took a few weeks ago from the babybelly.

First snow - in October !!!

What a surprise. After 25C last weekend this Saturday it started to snow and we have around 10-15cm snow. In October. Wow. Kids love it..I think it is a bit too early. But like a dejavu from last years trip to New York where snow hit the east coast very heavy:

9. Spitzkraut Classics

Since 2003 at the biggest Krautfestival (cabbage) in Germany here in Leinfelden-Echterdingen the Spitzkraut Classics take place.
This is a historic car show display with historic Tractors, bicycles, cars etc.
I already participated 3 times with my Trabant. This year we had wonderful summerlike weather with temperatures above 20C and lots of sunshine.
