Visiting a Mill

Today was Open House at the Siebenmuehlental and many other Mills in Germany. We have the so called Siebenmuehlental (Seven Mills Valley might be a translation) next to our place. So we went with my inlaws and my family on a wonderful, sunny day to the Maeulesmuehle. That mill is well known, because they have a great Restaurant and a comedy show takes place there regulary.

EURO NECO Meeting Kempten,Allgäu 19th May 2012

It was a wonderful sunny saturday and we made a small but nice EURO-NECO Meeting in Kempten, Allgaeu in viewing distance of the Alps (forgot to take a picture :-)  ). We met a ABT SPORTSLINE, where the Audi/VW/Skoda Sportscars are made. They have a little Museum that shows the success in the past decades for their cars. Of course they also had some nice, expensive cars in the showroom, that can be bought (for up to 343000 EURO for a R8 GTR).

After the ABT meeting we drove to a beergarden and had some smalltalk. Even a little rain came down, not much, but good enough for a rainbow :-)

One afternoon at the horse ranch

 

Today was a nationwide open house day for many horse stables. So we took the chance to take our little horse crazy Josefine to the next horse stable in Echterdingen. She was able to do some horseback riding and we could take a look at the different areas there.
