Thirty Seconds To Mars LIVE

It was in 2011 when we saw 30STM the first time live. I love their Music since the early 2000s. Now they came again to Stuttgart. Support Act was Twin Atlantic, Alternative Rock from Scotland. Pretty good. A bit like Biffy Clyro.
Jared, Shannon  and Tomo did a great show. You can see that Jared is a real Entertainer and it was the first time we saw a Oscar nominee ...Maybe he will hold the Oscar in his hands soon for Dallas Buyers Club.

Opening of the new Kindergarden and Library

After almost 50 years for the two Kindergarden in their old locations, now they built a new Building including the new Library. Very nice location. The kids have a brand new, modern, beautiful place to spend their first few years.

The first weeks of 2014

It is amazing how time flies by. Charlotte walks around, talks in her baby language, but it gets more and more understandable (a few words)... It is in the middle of winter and we had no real snow so far. Not even really cold weather, just 1 inch of snow for 1 day and about -8C for a short time. Crazy. Next weekend it should reach 18C !! I guess when we don't think about winter anymore, we will hit the white snow :-)
But using the public Transportation (VVS / DB ) here in and around Stuttgart turns to a real problem. I am using the monthly ticket since three years now. But in the past year the trains were more and more NOT on time. Mainly technical reasons. It is really getting worse. 5 minutes delay are the normal delay when I use the S2/S3 and S1 trains.
Sometimes 20 minutes or more. Or a train is not coming at all, without notice.
Well, I was complaining already and VVS tells me, the DB (Deutsch Bahn) is responsible for the trains etc. We will see how long I can stand that...
