It was time again for another interactive BBQ with chefcook Johann Lafer (michelin star cook) and Tim Mälzer, Ruth Moschner. Our 5th attendance. It is a interesting BBQ. On the Radio Station you get the recipes and shopping list a few days before. Meanwhile many stores prepare those things already for the people that attend. This time almost 100 000 people attended.
On the radio Johann Lafer tells you exactly what to prepare at what time and when to put something on the BBQ.
It is always something challenging (cake on the BBQ and so on).
This time our friends Tina and Arndt hosted us and our friends Anja and Jochen (all with kids of course).
It took some hours to finish all the different starter, main course, dessert...but it was worth the time and everything.
We had a wonderful sunday. On SWR3 they called it "abgrillen" which means last BBQ of the year. Well, for us the last BBQ is pretty often the 31st of December and the first BBQ is on the 1st of January :-)
