my colleagues from the different Hotels and we drove down to 6th
Street in Austin. Found a Parking Garage and walked down. Some
places have changed in the past 6 years I haven't been here and
some are still there. Always Live Music on different places.
Sometimes on the boardwalk, mostly in the Bars. Amazing
Nightlife. Usually starting from Thursdays the 4th to 7th Street
bars are pretty busy. So we will see maybe more Music gadgets.
Scott from Austin recommended the Hanover Draught House in
Pflugerville. We will try that on the weekend maybe.
On 6th is also a Coyote Ugly Bar. From the Movie where girls
are dancing on the bar and giving drinks to the customers in
some different ways. Called Body Shots. Well, not much was
going on but the girls were in a good mood and we had a beer
then left. Next stop was a smaller Bar calles Dizzy Rooster. Like
most of the bars with ID check. Well, we did not need to show
our IDs... That is a sign for : looking older now :-)
Well, whatever. Music was good. Rock/Blues. Loud. But good.
After some more Cokes for me and more beers for my buddies,
we took of and went home to the Hotels.
